Diamond Wood

2012 sees the diamond jubilee of Her Majesty the Queen and to mark this auspicious occasion, we will be looking to try and establish a “Diamond Wood”. The idea is to obtain and plant one acre of land here in Guernsey along with a nationwide tree planting initiative. As yet we have been unable to identify a site, however we are determined to pursue this great opportunity to leave a legacy to the Island and mark the event. Should any of our members or friends know of a piece of land they think may be suitable for this, please let us know.
